Several shell crafts combined with silver jewelery, wood or syntactic skin acquire foreign exchange reach US$ 2.5 million in 2006 that value increase than period 2005 only US$ 2.1 million. “The value of products export increase, because craftsmen can create a unique products depend on the costumers’ demand,” the Trade and Industrial Office Bali reported that recently. Bookshelf exports to foreign markets increase in January 2007

During last three months, the wooden bookshelf has exported to foreign markets. The demands of products increase reach 2,000 pieces per month. Up to these days, many bookshelf products were exported to Canada. A craftsmen, I Kadek Ana said recently, now the product made of albesia wood is interested by foreign costumers that can be seen from the increasing of costumer’s orders. Previously, the demands of the product only 1,500 pieces per month that increase become 2,000 pieces per month in January 2007. (more…)
